Design Process
What would it be like to work with us?
We have developed a very clear way of working that starts with a friendly phone call or an email. We can arrange a site visit or even a zoom call. This allows us to primarily listen to you and absorb what kind of garden you want to create.
By knowing what you want to achieve we can then tell you how we can help you and talk you through our process.
We feel very strongly that having a great rapport is central to our working relationship – all conversation, ideas and solutions flow when you have easy communication.
The most important thing for us is to create a garden and landscape that is right for each client and location. We don’t like to impose a specific set of provisions and rules because each garden is so unique. We look at each project and client brief in isolation and create something bespoke and beautiful that is perfect for each new situation.
An initial conversation and site meeting is totally free and provides the opportunity to see the site and discuss your ideas in person.
Concept design is the starting position and we develop a high level set of information that we are then able to send on to a contractor / landscaper for quotations and build.
